And those countries would benefit enormously from all the new retail sales should the US institute a "fair tax". And just think of the boat manufacturers! There'd be boom in sales for all the black market runners from the Caribbean to the US. And then the US gov't would have to spend a fortune policing all of the entry points and buying all their own boats. What would happen to the IRS? Quadruple in size?
