The only way that HPV can be avoided by sexual choices is to avoid
having sex at all. Condom use does not have a huge affect on the
transmission of HPV. There is currently no approved test for HPV in
men, so you can't even find out whether a potential partner is a
carrier. Most male carriers are asymptomatic.

So, please tell me how personal choices about sexual behavior are
going to protect you?

I'm generally against mandatory vaccination, for instance, I still
haven't given my 4.5 year old daughter the varicella vaccine
(chickenpox). HPV is a different matter, however, and I think you have
a poor understanding of the science and public policy behind it. I did
vaccinations for my child on my own schedule and after a lot of
thought, so I'm not the sort that quietly bows down to the government
approved vaccination routine, so please take a look at the actual
evidence and the science behind HPV prevention before coming out
strongly against mandatory HPV vaccination.
