I used too.....these days.....i dunno.

I never put much stock in the "majesty of the universe" reasoning for a
God..as there are some pretty cool things that are completely natural.

My biggest question mark was the First Mover...or the concept of something
out of nothing. Seemed to me that there HAD to be something "super" natural,
above the order of things as we understand them, who put everything in
motion. To me, that was most likely "God". But now, Hawking and others are
formulating and even testing theories that are getting pretty darn close to
understanding and explaining how even this could occur, within our own
understanding of things.

I really never saw science and God as competing...and really they
aren't....but it does seem to be true that the more we learn, the less we
need to rely on the God we created.
