I've been reading the story in the post. Apparently the girl decided
to release the video after he said recently ruled in several cases
that abuse didn't happen because of lack of evidence. He considered a
video of the abuse the minimal acceptable. So the girl got so
disgusted she released the video. Now he's under investigation by the
police and has all court duties suspended. Unfortunately in Texas
there's a 5 year statute of limitations, so he'll get away scott free.

Everything I've read about the case suggests he's one of those bullies
who will be whining that it was everyone else's fault, but not his.
Personally if there was justice in the world, he'd be convicted and
made his cell block's b*tch.
