160th SOAR isn't even part of the regular Army command anymore, they now belong to JSOC.
There isn't an NG component anymore, they did away with it. Also, NDRP would allow them to actually declare martial law, and sieze anything they want along the way, NDAA would allow them to detain anyone they want under the auspices of belligerents, there is also a new federal law they could use prohibiting protesting anywhere that the secret service is doing protection on an individual.
