Anyway Special Forces fall under the auspices of SOCOM USASOC and USASFCOM, SOCOM is in the normal chain of command under the JCS, JSOC is outside that normal chain of command and contains what are called SMUs (Special Mission Units) like CAG (Delta Force) SEAL team 6 AKA DEVGRU the ISA (intelligence support activity) aka TF Orange, and some Nuclear Biological and Chemical detection and response units.
