Apparently AT&T in my area is looking for a CF developer. I got like (and this is not an exaggeration) about 40-50 phone calls and about he same number of emails from different recruiters about this. I feel like a bloody piece of meat in a tank of hungry sharks. I had one recruiter try and get me (he was number 25 actually) that tried to tell me that AT&T exclusively deals with them and that there is no way another recruiter could have submitted me for the position. Wow.
