I have worked there before. They have a system to score customer service reps all the way up to the VP...I co-wrote that several years ago. The guy that did submit me seemed all right ;-) I have worked through that company before. This other guy that was claiming that AT&T works exclusively with them was actually arguing with me about it. I finally ended it by telling him to stop bullshitting me...good day. *click* Amazing. I wish I remembered the company so I could report them to AT&T. I am sure that they would not approve of such unethical recruiting.
