actually AMU and APU, which are both part of the APUS system accept military 
and civilians. 
If you have your GI Bill, you can use that. I have been going to AMU for a few 
years now and I think that Scott does as well. Good school. I am majoring in 
ISS and just finished the core classes. They also do a work experience 
evaluation for credits. I got some elective credits doing this.
