I was an NCO for about 5 minutes (promoted, didn't reenlist, promotion
snagged for no time in service remaining), and never went to PLDC/WLC.

In the guard I decided I liked being in LRS and jumping more than I wanted
to be promoted so I passed it up so I could stay.
