Yeah what Jochem said, but I'd like to add that _some_ of the big guys have a noc.thebackboneprovider.com internal ip lookup web site which will give you some info on the netblock owner that Arin wouldn't have. Try it...it just might work, or if you are feeling lucky try calling the help desk and seeing if they will give you the contact info. Most will if you tell them you work for an ISP...
