That does not include the quote Larry attributed to Gov. Romney - not even close in my mind, but I think his comments in the context of the question that was asked are more damning than what I originally thought (and stated).
However, the fact still remains, I am unable to locate anything that closely resembles what Larry attributed to Gov. Romeny.
