Right...I found that quote (in written form, had not seen the video) and I did not think was all that bad (kind of agreed with him). A little while later found the video clip to put it in context and, well, it is worse than just reading what he said, but it is still a far cry from him saying that 'federal funding for disaster relief is IMMORAL'.
I think back to one of the debates where Gov. Romney proposed a 'smell test' (my term, not his) which was something akin to : "Should we borrow money from China to pay for this?".
