Did the tea party take a whoopin'?  Can you back that up without *anecdotal*
 evidence.

How many congressmen known as tea party affiliates lose?  Is that rate
higher than non-tea party congressmen?

Interesting numbers for you.

In 2008, Obama got around 69 million votes.
In 2012, he got around 60 million votes.

In 2012, Romney got around 57 million votes
In 2012, McCain and* Palin* got around 59 million votes.

Was McCain that much more attractive than Romney or was it Palin pulling in
votes?  Would you consider Palin a tea party affiliate?
