I wouldn't put it past Rove, in the sense that if he could do it, I think
he would. That being said, I don't believe that that's what really
happened. If it did, Anonymous could supply ample evidence and they
haven't. I just don't see them wanting to jump in and "stop bad things
happening" and then not bother proving the ways in which the bad stuff was
going down.
