The program that the senator in Tennessee is proposing to cut requires 30
hours a week of work, so if someone is receiving aid from that program and
not working, then the system needs to be fixed.

I'm sure that cases of welfare fraud exist.  But claiming that any budget
could be balanced by eliminating fraud is like saying you can pay your
mortgage with the cost of a daily piece of bubble gum.
