Unless I misunderstand that video, it was caught by the vote counting process. They typically count in-person votes and then absentee votes. She had already voted in person, her absentee vote would have been discarded. That's my understanding of the normal process, though they might do it differently there.
I didn't see anything in that video that showed her casting two votes that were both counted in the final tally, did you? Perhaps I missed something. Now the part that did bother me was the discussion about multiple ballots with the same handwriting from the same address. If she was illegally voting on behalf of people she should not have been, that needs to get figured out.
