Using your logic Sam, we could extend that out to "Three students were 
suspended for putting their shoes on"…just because they happened to put the 
shoes on earlier that morning.

Sam, can you really not tell the difference between school discipline 
(suspension) and police activity (jail)?  They're not the same and they don't 
follow the same rules.
