Where did you get that he was suspended for 'not going public'?

To continue a point Zaph made, using your logic the following would also be
'true' headlines:

"Cypress HS student suspended for getting on a bus?"
"Cypress HS student suspended for breathing?"
"Cypress HS student suspended for being human?"
"Cypress HS student suspended for having legs?"

All 4 are accurate - he got on a bus, he was breathing, he is human and he
has legs - all of these must have lead to his suspension!
