I think this is super cool and I'd participate in a heartbeat. However, I do think that it would only really be accepted in smaller, younger, companies with employees who are genrally openminded and interested in their own fitness already. In larger companies, or even small companies with lots of dead weight (pun intended) it would never be accepted. It would also need to be voluntary, perhaps with a little bit of reward for participation, and I'm not sure it should be tied to performance evaluations in any direct way. Group exercise is super successful and that's why you see fitness BootCamps all over the place and being so successful. You aren't really doing anything different in a fitness bootcamp (then you could do on your own) except that it's in a group setting. -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:362866 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
