Apples and oranges. That ruling is based on thousands of years of traditions from around the world. By introducing it that way, the same-sex marriage has no standing. I'm sure that ruling can also apply to sacrificial lambs the way you're using it.It doesn't declare what a marriage is, but uses traditional heterosexual standard for it's ruling.
