Stating sexual child abuse causes no harm is the first step to
decriminalizing it.

Are you talking about the Rind et al study? APA still stands behind it.
Throwing in the words morally wrong doesn't change the fact that they paper
suggests redefining pedophilia from child-sexual-abuse to adult-child-sex.
Removing the word abuse makes it less of a crime is the thinking.
