There was certainly a chemical attack in Syria. What is not at all certain
is who launched that attack. It is extremely suspicious that Syria would
practically pick the very worst time it could to launch a chemical attack
when UN inspectors were in the country investigating and questioning the
government and military about chemical weapons attacks.

Just too convenient.
