Its the standard pattern with Apple, the release after a big release is a
step release, No huge feature change, a bit faster and some other tweaks.
It happened with the iPhone 3, iPhone4 and now the iPhone5.

As for the 5c. It may be interesting. If available here I can see a lot of
parents getting it for their kids.
