And, dang, 400 or 500 a month for family coverage is damn good in Oregon.
I'm currently W-2 through a contracting agency and I pay over $800 a month,
as my contribution, for a high deductible plan. I like the HSA option for
pre-tax deductions, but still, even with an employer contribution and being
part of a large group, I pay through the nose. These rates would be
equivalent or cheaper than what I get through my employer.
