I don't think so. No equivalent land bridge, and the only evidence (a hand axe that was dredged up off the Virginia coast) is pretty flimsy. The glacial ice ran into the sea and there was nowhere to land between Greenland and mainland Europe or with the North American coast. Inuit umiaks cannot make multi week voyages between mainland Europe and the US. Or at very least a migration of peoples.
