Nope, what Larry is referring to is one really old half ass study about how teaching abstinence causes girls to get pregnant because they're too stupid to figure out how to use a condom or don't realize they exist. This is often debunked because it's just ridiculous. So they finally complete a more thorough study that show it actually lowers teen pregnancy and stds. They also admit the study isn't conclusive evidence, just a guideline. But most will ignore that because they have an agenda they need supported.
