Predictions. Speculations. Estimates.

I asked how it was failing NOW. Not what might happen in the future.
The facts are that right NOW the prices that are out there are less than
comparable insurance policies from the private insurers outside of ACA.

It is also a fact that the coverage of existing policies has improved as a
result of the "competition" from ACA policies.

So put aside all the estimates, predictions and speculations and tell us
what is happening RIGHT NOW to the people who are signing up for the ACA.
What are the actual experiences of those people?
