Included in the numbers, 19.6% of those on "welfare" had been so for 5+
years.  I couldn't find a good source that identifies multi-generational
welfare families in the US, though I did find an article about it from the
Telegraph in 2008.  That doesn't mean they don't exist, only that in my
quick searching I couldn't weed out the information from the opinion.
