Grilled is the way to go. Yummier, and no grease fires! A Weber is the best way to cook a turkey (or chicken too for that matter). Construct yourself a drip pan made out of foil. Spread your coals evenly to either side of the grill, put your drip pan in the middle. Start basting him in his own juices about 1 to 1:30 into the process, every 15 or 20 minutes until done.
