They could refuse to serve you because of a group you belong to...like the
Klan...but they cannot refuse to serve you because you are black, or white
for that matter, or because you are gay...or straight.  This is no different
than what happened with Jim Crow.  It wasn't that long ago when places
refused to serve Italians, Jews, or Irish.  During WWI and WWII, it was not
uncommon to find places that wouldn't serve Germans.  Many people of
Germanic descent changed their names to a more Anglicized version so people
wouldn't know they were German.  Hate is Hate.  Just because you wrap hate
in religion does not make it any less hate.

Private property is just that, private, it's mine.  I don't care what ape
shit nuts policies someone wants on their own property.  If it's too
obnoxious they won't exist as a business very long.
