When it comes to being an employee (especially in a big company) I always give the following advice to people who obsessively whine and complain about their job or work environment or boss. 1) Try to fix the problem internally yourself. If you cannot then... 2) Can you suck it up and be miserable without complaining like a baby all the time? If not then... 3) Find a new job. Looks like the employees at Mozilla found success at step #1. This is not different than a consumer boycotting a product or company in order to make them change their behavior (or if they are not willing to change, run them out of business). The employees applied pressure for this person to change. He did not, instead of changing his ways he doubled down and quit. The end. The world moves on. -Cameron .... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:369788 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
