He donated a 1000 dollars. That's not very large in the Prop 8 pot, which was funded most by the very Mormon father-in-law of the founder of Blackwater. Eich's resignation is a shame. He has contributed greatly to current technology, and being drummed out because of an unpopular political position sets a dangerous precedent.
