The ATF and Police disarmed me. They did so "legally".
No warrant, no crime or even accusation of a crime. Not even due to a judicial act of any kind, the only way by witch one is supposed to be able to have there rights limited according o our constitution. Rather, by a decree from the executive branch VA taken in concert with the poor wording of the Brady Prevention of Handgun Violence Act. They've detained me, laid hands on me. Held me against my will and stolen my property. I have no appeals method, speedy or otherwise. If you can't see the direction things are and have been heading then I don't know what to tell you.
