On the side of Israel first you have us and most of Europe, plus they have a pretty well established internal arms industry.
The Palestinians weapons mainly come from Iran and Syria, from and through Lebanon as well. Egypt used to be the main conduit, tunnels. Seems like now they mainly get in by ship.
