No, cutting the head off the snake involves the willingness of the US and Israel to stop the economic flow of goods. Just as the millions were sent to Egypt for weapons after the Arab Spring rising ended up back in the hands US weapons contractors. Stop the flow of money, you stop the flow of weapons. No war required. But both the US and all her allies have consistently - in every war all the way back to the Revolution - refused to shut down the warmongers and their overlords.
