Just because the customer is never wrong, that does NOT mean they are always right. This has been my customer service philosophy for a long time and it has served me well. Our goal as developers, designers, managers and engineers is to provide the customer with that thing, physical or not, that will fill the need at the end of the day. How we reach that goal may or may not line up with what the customer thinks the process should be, and in the cases where it doesn't it's *somebody's* job to communicate with the client and work out an understanding of the "why" behind the "what". We're not "agile" here... hell, sometimes we're "fragile' ". Nice french word, ain't it? Until Later! C. Hatton Humphrey http://www.eastcoastconservative.com Every cloud does have a silver lining.
