Don't be. Some of the races were foregone conclusions by the time the actual voting happened and others were effectively inconsequential. Given even the Republican leadership still in power I doubt some of the more radical propositions are going to make it through even with both GOP controlling both chambers. If memory serves, the DNC had control for the last two years of Bush and some of their members were calling for his impeachment. That didn't happen either. I'm not happy about how my state elections went but I'm in NY so that's not so surprising. It took the Associated Press all of 2.8 minutes (literally) to call the governor's race for Cuomo.
