Speaking of furballs with legs, did anybody see the
great CNN Presents special last night about obesity?

They modified a mouse's genes, and he ceased to know
when he was full. Was about 3 or 4 times the size of
the "control mouse" next to him.

They spotlighted two people who have lost major amounts
of weight and kept it off for years. (A lot of people
lose weight, very few keep it off for a long time.)

The key in both cases - EXERCISE.

Not fad diets, not tricks - just a moderate low-fat,
high complex-carb diet with a lot of exercise.

If anybody missed it, have it on the ReplayTV box...
