The issue I had with this is that both people involved talked about eating enormous quantities of food when they were fat. They need to pick a fat person who really doesn't eat a pound and a half of oreos at one sitting (like this woman said she did) and is still fat. I know many. If you are eating enough food for three people and are overweight, then adding exercise and changing your eating habits a little bit can make a huge difference. If you eat a moderate diet and are moderately active and still overweight, then in order to lose its much more difficult.
