A project I am working on right now is rebuilding an entire ERP system for a half billion dollar international company using FB3 and CF. We have a large team of developers. FB3 is working out just fine here.
FB3 doesn't teach you how to write CF. It has nothing to do with where to correctly use pound signs, nor should it. Poor coding skills exist in any language. MD - I feel your pain, but I don't see how FB is at fault here. If they hadn't used FB3, the code would still have pound signs where it shouldn't, and would likely have even more redundant code, though that's an arguable point. Also, sometimes when looking at someone else's code, I have to step back and consider how "bad" it really is. On a scale of one to ten, redundancy and inefficiency is like a 9 or 10. Misplaced pound signs, while aggravating, are more like a 2. Yes, it can get very frustrating at times, but sometimes you have to step back and take a deep breath...
