The Natural Law argument...it's one of those things that can be part
of any debate of laws. It's a tough one for me to resolve, but I
always end up thinking that either way, I don't think we are ready for
a true democracy yet. I think both sides of any debate can usually
agree on that...simply because they disagree.

I don't think it's a valid point to either side, because in the
abortion issue, the supreme court has ruled it unconstitutional to ban
abortion. The only way to change that is to change the constitution,
and there is not enough votes to do that.
