(That's The Natural Law argument...it's one of those things that can be part of any debate of laws. It's a tough one for me to resolve, but I always end up thinking that either way, I don't think we are ready for a true democracy yet. I think both sides of any debate can usually agree on that...simply because they disagree. I don't think it's a valid point to either side, because in the abortion issue, the supreme court has ruled it unconstitutional to ban abortion.
