How so? Wouldn't it die when it's picked? ;) But let me be serious. I assume you are brining that up to say "Ray, I know you eat apples, but you are pro-life." (Err, I actually need to eat more fruit then I do.) I am not a vegaterian (although that would break the 'rule' to ;) and I have no issue w/ eating meat and plants.
