I'm not debating the concentration point for the average citizen nor am I arguing the number of distractions and their associated attention requirements. We've had that argument and IIRC we put the issue to bed.
My gripe is that the law that was passed is redundant for a law that is already on the books and not being enforced. Oh, that and the fact that cops up here think they're above the law on at least two levels... driving speed and cellphone use.
