You get no argument from me on that. My point was the law would be redundant and stupid. Using my cell phone is legal. Except when in my car (well, actually we don't have a law here YET). The reason isn't because using my cell phone is dangerous, it is because driving in a distracted manner is dangerous. There are laws on the books for that.
