The chicken and beef etc. is what goes INTO the roti...
So when you ask for a goat roti..its what you want inside..and...well.
Okies.

roti doesn't take very long to make.  About 1/2 hour prep. (tops) and
then about 5 minutes per Roti.  There isn't a "chicken", "beef" or other
meat variety of roti.... there's just roti.  There are other Indian
breads that do contain meats and/or vegies (subzi).... most common would
be parantha.
