I don't see the big deal about it. Just because someone shows you how to use the drug does not mean the kid is going to become an addict. And even if they did end up as a user, I'm sure they would find out how to use it anyway. I history, we learned that John Wilkes Booth killed Lincoln by sneaking up behind him in Ford's theater and shooting him in the back of the head. To my knowledge, no one has tried an assination because they have this knowledge. My (uninformed) guess is that maybe (just maybe!) the idea was not to teach kids how to snort cocaine but rather how to recognize concaine usage. This is the same reason behind giving "pot smoke smell" demos (there's a "pot scented incense" just for the purpose) and other such demonstrations. Jesus when I was in sixth grade girls thought they could pregant from dirty toilet seats!
