Unfortunately Rangel has been off his rocker for quite a while, this is going nowhere. I see his point though, and I think that's all he was trying to do with this bill. It will be interesting to see if after this week and the press reports surrounding his bill, the public opinion polls in favor of an attack on Iraq change any.
