not that I've noticed, someone gave this to me to recover it for him. I know there is data in the partition because the partition even though it says non-dos in fdisk is bootable. When I boot to it it says "Gateway GoBack press a key to continue" . At that point I just shut it down. I don't know what the guy did. I believe he booted his pc with the recovery cd in the drive and it booted up and started running.
