It's interesting. I was speaking with a middle eastern specialist this morning about his mental state. I was wondering if he actually believes everything he says, or if it's just propaganda. I mean I thought wow, maybe the guy is just off his rocker. She said he isn't crazy, and she is sure he has been informed of the truth about some of these situations, he just refuses to acknowledge anything outside of what he thinks is actually going on.
I only wish I could have written some of the questions. He says that his country has never been guilty of leaving it's borders to attack anyone, and that Iraq has never attacked the US. I mean what about the attempt to assassinate Pres. Bush sr.? Or the special operations teams from Iraq that were caught operating in east Asia during the gulf war. He makes a lot of comments that don't ring true. I do have to admit that I would love to see a live televised debate between GWB and Saddam. That would be sweet.
